Family Law

Our firm has taken instructions and acted in many matters before the Family Court of Australia since that Court’s establishment. We offer practical advice with the view to bringing these matters to a satisfactory resolution at the least cost to our clients.

Domestic Violence

Stockman & Evans regularly appear in Local Courts throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area representing clients in domestic violence matters both for clients seeking an order and also for clients who are contesting domestic violence applications.

Debt Recovery

Our solicitors are experienced in all aspects of debt recovery whether in the Local Court, District Court or Supreme Court. We also have experience in undertaking bankruptcy proceedings in the Federal Magistrate’s Court.

Criminal Law

Stockman & Evans regularly appear for clients charged with criminal offences whether in the Local Court or superior Courts in New South Wales. Both Allan and Linden have many years experience in appearing for clients who have been charged with driving offences and in particular clients who have been charged with alcohol related offences such as driving with more than the prescribed concentration of alcohol (PCA).
